But... if for some reason you don't feel beautiful in the product when you receive it, you can exchange it OR we will gladly issue you online store credit – your choice! Our number one goal at Pretties & Co. Boutique is to provide our guests with a pleasurable & fun shopping experience! We pride ourselves in offering you, a loyal shopper, first class customer service because you are the most important asset in our business!
- Online merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our retail stores. Similarly, merchandise purchased in our retail stores cannot be returned or exchanged online.
- We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed. In such case, we will gladly issue store credit.
- Shipping costs will only be refunded if you received the wrong product! In such case, please accept our sincerest apology as mistakes do happen.
- Returned items cannot be worn, washed, damaged, or show signs of use! Please use the original packaging when returning your order and be sure that all original tags are attached!
- Due to having a quick inventory turnover rate, we ask that merchandise be returned within 14 days of the original order date. Returns made beyond this time limit will kindly be denied & mailed back to the shipping address of the original order.
- Sale items, shoes, jewelry, sunglasses & undergarments such as bras/bralettes or bathing suits are final sale & are not eligible for exchange or store credit!
At Pretties & Co. Boutique, we offer our customers a smooth, quick, & easy return procedure! Simply follow the steps below!
- Head on over to www.prettiesandcompany.com & log into your account!
- Find the order you are wishing to return & click Request Return in the top right.
- Adjust the quantity, choose a return reason, a return action, & type any comments you may have! If you are wishing to exchange your Pretties for a different size and/or color, type what size/color you would like in the comments.
- Click Submit Return Request & you are all done! You will receive a confirmation email shortly after completing the request!

When we receive your return, we will process the exchange or issue store credit within 1-3 business days & you will be notified of the exchange or store credit via email. A printable, pre-paid shipping label will be included as an attachment in the email in the case of you recieving the wrong product!
